ISLE OF WIGHT-
A 67-year-old Isle of Wight man is being charged with additional sexual offenses after a second child victim has come forward alleging abuse.
Cecil John Dunlap, of the 4300 block of Joyner Street, was charged Wednesday with forcible sodomy, according to an Isle of Wight Sheriff's Office news release. Dunlap was served with the arrest warrant at Western Tidewater Regional Jail where he is being held without bond.
Dunlap was charged in September 2013 with forcible sodomy in connection to an incident involving a 5-year-old girl, according to Daily Press archives. He was also charged with five counts of possessing child pornography, the archives said.
The new charges are the result of second child coming forward and providing new information, the news release said. The Sheriff's Office sought a direct indictment for the charges on Jan. 13.
Sheriff's Office officials said Dunlap and the second victim knew each. The Sheriff's Office did not provide the age of the victim.
