After searching a Punta Gorda home for the fourth time, deputies arrested four people in connection to drug trafficking.
Deputies searched the home located at 4631 Westwood Drive, in the Tee & Green Estates area, early Friday morning. Detectives said they found several containers with Methamphetamine and items with Methamphetamine residue in different rooms of the house, totaling over 41 grams in weight.
They said they also found 21 Methadone pills, almost 40 grams of marijuana, 6.5 Subutex pills and one amphetamine pill.
The follow people were arrested and taken to Charlotte County Jail:
– Daniel James Desrosiers (31)
– Michael Thomas Perrotta (36)
– Jamie Deneen Marshall (22)
– Dina Marie Saia (35)
All four are being charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methadone, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of more than 20 grams of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (subutex and amphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Desrosiers and Perrotta are each being held on a $275,000 bond. Marshall is being held on a $87,500 bond. Saia is being held on a $72,500 bond.
