National child sex ring 'pimps' found in SWFL

More than 100 children have been rescued in a massive nationwide human trafficking sweep.

We discovered some of the 'pimps,' the people responsible for forcing kids into sex rings, were found hiding out in Southwest Florida.

Three pimps were arrested in the Fort Myers region. One adult was arrested for prostitution. A total of 104 pimps were arrested.

The sting was called "Operation Cross Country Six" and it involved a total of 76 cities.

Some of those children as young as 13 years old. FBI Agents say the children are typically from broken homes and may be homeless or runaways.

Authorities also found cash, drugs and guns.
