Drunk Drivers Beware: New DUI Prevention Campaign
In an effort to prevent DUI accidents/incidents, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office has started a new campaign to target those driving under the influence, it is called “Mobile Eyes”. LCSO has teamed up with MADD and Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner to offer $50 to those who report drunk drivers and that call leads to an arrest.
It is unclear how the untrained citizens of Lee County are able to identify a drunk driver, but this tactic will surely result in numerous stops. Be aware if you cut someone off, swerve, or drive erratically, somebody is going call the cops!
Remember not to drink and drive, but if you do remember your rights and call the Law Firm of Scott T. Moorey 239-275-5552
Good People Do Drive Erratically!
Remember: Fasten your seat belts, drive safely and be courteous to other motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians to help us prevent traffic related fatalities, injuries and property damage. “Mobile Eyes” Against Drunk Driving is a joint partnership between the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and Associates and Bruce L.
